This Illumined Woman course is an eight week program designed to reveal the embodied power of your Moon Centers. You will unlock your innate capacity for healing and intuitive feminine wisdom in a unique small group centered learning experience. Learn meditation techniques based on the teachings Kundalini Yoga while exploring the personal significance of each moon center through deep dialogue in an intimate wisdom circle setting.

THE WISDOM CIRCLE EXPERIENCE

The wisdom circle is an ancient tradition of gathering in a small group to listen and speak from the heart. The stillness of meditation provides fertile ground from which to truly tune in to ourselves and each other in a safe space. The wisdom circle is a place to practice new ways of communicating, to find healing in the presence of others, and to see ourselves reflected through the truth of another.

Join Hari for a unique deep dive into the teachings of the Moon Centers. Learn powerful meditations, daily self-care practices, and new habits that help you claim the creative aspects of the moon centers. Practice presence in the safe space of an online wisdom circle.

We will study each moon center through the direct experience of different meditations and self-care practices. You will learn:

This course will help you gain insight into an ancient teaching that gives you direct access to embodying feminine energy. There is a longing for both men and women to develop mutual respect for the feminine and masculine within themselves and in each other. You will learn to dialogue and language the feminine as it is emerging into our cultural awareness.

WHAT IS KUNDALINI YOGA?

Kundalini Yoga and meditation is a total practice that includes exercise and yoga postures, meditation, and deep relaxation. This course focuses on the meditation and relaxation aspects of the practice. There are, at present, more than 500 scientific studies that document the wide-ranging benefits of meditation in the lives of those who practice.

According to the teachings of Kundalini Yoga, each human being is a complex creation, and implicit in this complex structure is the potential to experience bliss and happiness independent of circumstances. Kundalini Meditation is especially powerful as it utilizes the physical body in combination with the mind to create fast state change and increased awareness.

QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT HAVE...

This course is for enthusiastic beginners. Although this course is created for everyone, it's mainly designed for people new to meditation. If you have an established practice, you may well benefit from the small group work. Just know that we'll be covering the meditation basics as if you're completely new to meditation and Kundalini Yoga.

This course is a commitment. Because of the heavy focus on small group work, we need to make sure that you understand the time commitment and are able to schedule the time for the required video calls during the course.

You should expect to spend about 4 hours a week on the course. Each week you will have a one hour video call in addition to about 30 to 60 minutes of content to watch and read. There will also be shared journaling exercises as well the actual time that you spend meditating each week.

This course is heavily oriented around small group work which requires that each person is present and fully engaged. If you anticipate that you will not be able to participate during one of the weeks, we kindly ask that you do not apply for this session. Yes. Face to face connection over video is a key part of creating the safe space for this course experience.

Yes. This course is hosted on the Sutra learning platform. Through Sutra you will have lifetime access to the material in the course and to the people in your small group. We encourage you to continue communicating and supporting each other in your meditation practice long after the course ends.

Hari is a world renowned legacy teacher of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
