The unique wisdom circle format of the Illumined Woman course is designed to help you cultivate a deep and lasting self awareness that blossoms through practice and mutual support.

Women’s wisdom circle
Unlike most online courses, this is not a study on your own kind of course. Your course experience will consist of a group of 5 to 10 women under the guidance of Hari Kaur. Each week you will have structured video calls and discussion prompts designed to gradually bring you to deeper levels of sharing and connection through dialogue.

Emotional intelligence
We take a holistic approach to mindfulness that involves both meditation and emotional intelligence practices. Meditation helps you become more present to your life. Yet it is the reflection of other people that helps you see yourself and your inner emotional landscape with more clarity. This course is designed to help you deepen your practice and your self knowledge.

Hari is a world renowned legacy teacher of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Hari worked alongside Yogi Bhajan, Master of Kundalini Yoga, directing his teacher training programs for 10 years.
