A Kundalini Meditation and Women's Circle Experience

A four week program that helps you cultivate presence, self awareness, and grace through a wisdom circle centered learning experience. You will learn meditation techniques based on the teachings of Kundalini Yoga while exploring emotional intelligence practices in an intimate small group setting.

The circle process is an ancient tradition that brings people together in the spirit of unity and understanding. It is a journey of presence and deep listening. Our ancestors shared stories around a fire and today we are called to find new ways share ourselves with authenticity and love. The circle is a space to be open and vulnerable without judgement or fear. It is a space to see the very best in others and practice the highest from within your heart.

A small group of five to eight women will form the container of your experience. Through weekly video calls and shared journaling, each woman will be invited to step into the circle and express herself deeply. A process of collective reflection will guide you to personal insight and emotional intelligence. Master teacher, Hari Kaur, will share Kundalini Yoga meditation techniques to help you thrive as you tune into your feminine power and intuition.

The next session begins on May 14th, 2018.

The mediation and women's circle course is a unique experiment in collective connection and online learning. Group sharing, deep listening, and holding space will form the foundation of your course experience. You may be challenged to step out of your comfort zone and you may feel awkward sharing space with strangers. This is all true. But you will experience a unique online safe space to explore your inner landscape and practice new ways of being.
You will practice deep listening, holding space, self care, meditation, feeling supported, and sharing yourself in a safe space of supportive women.

Our patterns, the default behaviors that keep us stuck and frustrated, often come up in relation to other people. Rarely do we have the opportunity to explore them within the safety of a group of supportive peers. Meditation helps us see these patterns, but it is dialogue, practice, and the reflection of other people's experience that helps turn these patterns around and release them.

On a neurological level these default behaviors are carved into the neural pathways of our brain. Seeing a pattern, or even having a grand epiphany, is only part of the process. To truly grow we must practice our new way of being to find lasting benefit. This four week program is designed to go beyond meditation to the practice of deep listening, presence, and holding space.

Harriet Fagerholm - The Illumined Woman has offered me an opportunity to really embrace meditation both from the perspective of practice and the related knowledge needed. It deepens my understanding and experience with the help of the excellent materials provided by Hari and the support of the small group. A deeply inspiring and rewarding process!

Jaime Peeling - I am thrilled to have been able to participate in this! I've learned so much about meditation and been able to engage in a variety of different exercises that have completely reinvigorated my meditation practice. I found the support of Hari and the group an invaluable and unique approach to meditation that really contributed to the overall experience.

Luba Borisova - This was one of the most amazing meditation experiences I've ever had. Being guided by Hari's gentle voice and led through the different states of mind allowed me to experience something very special, the feeling that I can transform my mind by simply following Hari's guidance. I am very grateful to have learned what I learned in this course.

Megan Poe - Everything about Hari teaches me - her words about humanity and kundalini yoga, her being, her story telling, her luminous humanness, her artist and poet self, her realness, her ability to translate from the spiritual realms in a way that is so current, modern, and Now. She is the ancient and futuristic teacher all at once. Thank you Hari. All of my students and patients and colleagues thank you too, for all that you bring through you to me then flows to them.

Sarah Petroski / Padmani Ajeet - I met Hari sometime in 2011 and immediately felt a sense of relaxation, warmth, and light-heartedness by being in her presence. At the time she was teaching one class that was specifically on the Women's Teachings of Yogi Bhajan. I would look forward to that class every week as my respite. Hari has taught me how to relax into my femininity and strengthen my nervous system so that I could handle my work and life challenges with grace and humor. I think an online meditation course with Hari would be the perfect opportunity to find that same warmth, humor, and self-relaxation skills that I have found through working with her.

Brianna Tumbiolo - Working with Hari has been a blessing beyond measure. It’s like having someone hold up the mirror to your soul and giving you the tools to clean the smudge off of the mirror. Her love for serving and helping her students find their way to their greatness is immense! Hari’s mastery in meditation, yoga and life in general brings an undeniable element of trust to her teaching. I’m eternally grateful to Hari for helping me work through personal blockages and providing me with tools that I can forever use to center myself as I move forward. I’ve recommended and will continue to recommend Hari Kaur as a meditation and yoga teacher to all interested in connecting deeper with the Self. It’s so amazing that her teaching are now available online for all to experience!

Zita Harkaran - I could write essays about what it is to study with Hari. But the most beautiful aspect about Hari is that she is never rigid with traditions but allows you to open your mind and completely relax into who you are right now. And from this space of kindness and love towards yourself you will be able to blossom into your true power. Seriously, I don't think there is a better meditation teacher.

Megan DeCino - This meditation course is gentle and approachable. Hari is a supportive and encouraging teacher and created a safe and honest community within the group. I felt comfortable to be myself yet was challenged to push myself!

Eva Vai - Hari’s gentle wisdom has steered my path towards a life practicing Kundalini. She has gifted me the tools to find grounding and support in daily meditation. I am deeply grateful for her presence and kindness.

Dana Gonnella - I always struggled finding a daily meditation practice until I started studying with Hari. Hari's insightful teachings helped me create a foundation to channel deeply into the dimensions of my heart, mind and soul. I can not let a day pass without practicing.

Maria Umhauzer - Hari’s knowledge and wisdom has amazed me through all the years of studying with her. I truly love her . I admire her dedication to the teachings and to her students. She is fun to be with and she was always there for me when I had challenges in my life. She is wonderful.

Michelle Jaret - I am very grateful for Hari and the beautiful teachings that she delivers. Learning and practicing kundalini yoga with Hari has given me invaluable tools for accessing inner strength, grounding myself, restoring myself to balance and processing my emotions. These tools have carried me through challenges and opened my eyes to new aspects of myself.

Danielle Sala - The Illumined Woman Online Meditation Course deepened my understanding of meditation and re-awakened the importance of having a personal practice. The Illumined Woman Community is a safe place where I was able to share my experience openly and receive help from Hari Kaur who was present the entire course! With her support, as well as the support from the entire group, I was able to empower myself and let go of self-limiting thoughts around meditating.
